Interior demolition

Some updates start by taking something out. RNL handles interior tear-outs for homes around Des Moines.

Interior stripped to wall studs and ceiling joists with tools and materials on the floor

A tear-out often involves just part of a room rather than everything in it. The clearer you are about what should be removed and what should stay, the easier it is to talk through the work.

The interior photos are a mixed group from RNL's work, including demolition and finished rooms. Some show exposed wall studs and ceiling joists, unfinished drywall with buckets on the floor, and a kitchen with lower cabinet fronts off and subfloor exposed. They show the kinds of spaces RNL works in, not a single project from start to finish.

Questions

Do I need plans before asking?

No. A description and photos are enough to start the conversation. If you already have plans, you can share them.

What should I mention about the space?

Say which room it is, what you want taken out and anything that should be left in place.

How do I ask RNL about this?

Email, call or message RNL on Facebook. Include your town, a short description and any photos you have.
